Asset Tracking DEMO: Ready to Try?

Those who follow our blog closely may have noticed that since April, we have regularly told you about our new solution from the GPS-Trace team.



It seems no longer a secret that since the beginning of the year, we have been developing a solution for tracking BLE technology tags. Recently, the new Bluetooth 6.0 specification was released with improved features, which will undoubtedly influence the Bluetooth device market in the near future.

We are approaching the launch of the DEMO version, but before we tell you about it, let’s share a few important details...

What did we choose as the foundation?

As we began development, we, as a development team, paid special attention not only to the product’s goals and audience but also to the choice of technological foundation.

So, the basis for our first experiments were:

• BLE beacons and Teltonika trackers;
  The choice of Teltonika devices was driven by their reliability, versatility, ease of configuration, and their focus on the development of BLE technologies.
• And of course, the flespi backend.
  It’s quite simple. All GPS-Trace applications are based on flespi solutions, and we trust in their stability and readiness to improve their platform for new solutions. It’s also hard to doubt a product that partners have entrusted with 1 million devices.

So, we are ready to showcase the first DEMO of our upcoming product. On October 10th, we will open access to the DEMO version to everyone interested.

What will you be able to try?

We invite you to explore the interface, which will clearly demonstrate the key features of our product and allow you to test them in action.

What to expect:

• Display of gateways (trackers), BLE beacons, and the user on the map;
• Geofencing for monitoring activity in specific areas;
• Automatic creation of units based on BLE tags or parameters;
• Grouping and tagging of units, simplifying management and navigation;
• Notifications about geofence crossings, movements, lack of data, or parameter changes;
• Viewing event history with advanced filters and the ability to convert data into user-needed reports.

After the DEMO presentation, we will immediately proceed to the implementation of the first working version of the product.
